We came all the way from New Zealand and spent a week in Chicago and had 3 sessions at Crosstown Fitness. Each session was well structured to get the most out of you, no matter what your ability. The staff were friendly and even remembered who we were and where we where from, which was really appreciated. Great facilities and great service. Highly recommended. Kia ora from New Zealand.
Outstanding customer service. Front desk staff were personable and engaging. The Fitness Trainers were very knowledgable and the workouts were designed to perfection for the group. I would highly recommend CrossTown Fitness to anyone in the Chicago area.
