We loved working with Crosstown – To prospective consumers, My husband, daughter and I just moved into a rental. Crosstown Custom Make You Happy – I'm one of those annoying customers that likes to ask a lot of questions and be on top of things to have them my way, they were very accommodating and helpful. They get an A++ from me, happy all around. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants good quality window treatments... you won't be disappointed!

Outstanding customer service – I have been a customer for over 15 years and have found Crosstown Shade and Glass to be completely helpful, professional and reliable. When a manufacturer shipped us damaged goods, they became our advocate and secured full replacements for no additional cost. It's a terrific store and I recommend them highly.

Great blinds and shades – We have been a customer of Crosstown Shade and Glass for many years using them for all of our window treatments including shades, blinds and curtains. They have also done our shower doors mirrors and 2 glass table tops. They are extremely professional and have worked with us from design to installation. Crosstown Custom Shade/Glass - great experience – This is the only window treatment place I would use. Wonderful attention to detail by office staff, making sure all aspects of the order and install were perfect. Excellent design advise. We installed shutters in large rooms as well as other Hunter Douglas duets, blinds. All products delivered in perfect condition and the project delivery install was on target. I will be contacting this company for further renovations in my home that include glasswork.

Aweful Experience with Crosstown Shades and Glass – Shockingly poor customer service by the owners, Jeff and Marcy. It feels like they are doing you a favor. Plus, they are not helpful in the least in assisting to pick out/ design the right curtain. Expect to wait a few weeks to sign the order, and another 3+ months to get your product installed. Comparable custom drapery shops have the order ready for signature within a few days and the drapery ready in a month. Phone calls or emails generally don't get returned. Avoid at a... read more

Terrible Customer Service – If you want to do yourself a favor then DON'T use them. You can summarize their service with one word: TERRIBLE They are rude, incompetent and useless. Had damaged product and asked for replacement parts. Was told it would take 1-2 weeks. Well it took 8 weeks. They blamed it on Hunter. I had to call 20 times and they never return your calls. Horrible Customer Service, huge rip off – These people are horrible! they charge TWICE what you should pay for hunter douglas blinds AND they have the nerve to be rude about it... Do your research, do not use this place!!
