I have been buying motorcycles for 13 years. When it came time for my most recent one (Yamaha MT-09), I dealt with several Charlotte area dealers. One of the best buying experiences I've had in a while. they we're considerably less expensive than others dealers in the state, and they didn't try to tack on any last minute fees. I would definitely buy here again.
I drove 2.5 hours for the best price no other dealer could do. I highly recommend Crossroads. They were the best to work with, from calling and telling them what I was looking for to the awesome staff that made sure I had everything I needed for purchase and pickup. I called this morning and they put the machine together and I was able to pick it up this afternoon. THAT'S SERVICE IN MY BOOK. Thank you Crossroads for all your help. Carmen refused to return our phone calls because my wife had recently switched careers after leaving a job of almost 10 years. Carmen assume since my wife couldn't get financed that we weren't worth doing business with. so we went over to Ride now Motorsports in Concord and bought a brand new Polaris 570 SP. paid cash.
10/10 would recommend. One of the only dealers who actually care about their customers. It is very clear that they want their customer to have the best buying experience possible. Their was absolutely NO pressure selling tactics or funny business. If you are looking for a new or used ATV/UTV, save yourself some time and stress and go straight to Crossroads!
