They had what we wanted and when we got there it was as advertised. Chaz was great to work with and the entire Crossroads family made sure we were happy and taken care of.
Have made two purchases from them and I gotta say, the team is awesome. My second purchase being a GSX-S750, no other dealerships would return my calls or even work with me on trades or down payments but one call to crossroads at 9am and by noon I was leaving with the bike. 10 outta 10 recommend.

I just called out there and talked to a salesman that acted like I was an inconvenience!
Do it purchase from if you are a out of state buyer. They collect taxes in NC and you will have to pay double taxes when you go to register it in Your home state. Also check your machine fully when purchasing it from them! I got home 5 hours after buying it to find a my winch doesn’t work, clutch cover plug missing, and passenger door had never been tightened. Lord knows what else I’ll have to deal with!
Highly recommend! Searched all of NC for ranger crew ! Crossroads had one put together ready for pickup within a day!! Drove well over 3 hours and was in & out within an hour! Great, professional service that felt like we knew them forever ! Can’t wait to make memories with our new ride!
I bought a Polaris from Crossroads site unseen. Very pleased with the service and quality. They even fixed a recall before they delivered it to me. Highly . They reviewed everything with me at the time of delivery. I highly recommend this team.
Great staff! Wonderful to work with and very friendly. Even though we showed up unannounced they still treated us like family. We will certainly shop here again!
