Very compassionate, caring people from the receptionists, the techs to the vets. They’ve taken good care of all our pets.
I cannot say enough good things about this Veterinarian Hospital and their staff. They have been so good to my pets and my rescues They have always been very kind and are true animal lovers. I have rushed little rescue kittens into them at the last minute and they have always squeezed us in. They have went out of their way to help save some of my little rescue kittens lives. Awesome staff
I had to take my dog Gravee in for teeth cleaning and a few teeth extractions. The ladies up front are so nice and professional. I was so worried about my dog but as soon as I heard from Dr. Beene my mind was at ease. He told me what needed to be done and said it in a way I could understand. My dog is doing an awesome job and I want to say thank you to all the people at Crossroads for making him feel comfortable and putting my mind at ease! The only vet I will use for all my dogs needs.
I have always taken my FUR babies to Crossroads. My old fur baby is there now. I know that they will GREAT care him. I am loyal to them because they save his life a long long long long time ago. I send prayers to all nurses and the doctor to find exactly what is wrong with my FUR baby.
I can't even begin to praise the staff enough. I took my Bonnie girl in a few months ago because she had some type of slow bleed aneurysm. There was nothing they could do. The Dr. showed so much compassion. When they put my girl down I was able to stay with her. The doctor and nurse both hugged me while I cried. I've never had a vet show such sympathy during such a heartbreaking time. Although my Bonnie girl couldnt be helped, they deserve kuddos for being so thorough AND for being such great and supportive people. Thank you... read more
The Drs & Staff show great affection towards all clients, including their human parents. They welcomed us as new patients. They make us feel like we have been there all along. Highly recommend this great facility.
