RecommendedVery caring and compassionate staff members. They have helped me with my fur babies of all ages. Even during the Covid-19 were still very helpful and compassionate to let our daughter stay with our oldest fur baby during the difficult end of his life. Made certain that our daughter wouldn’t be traumatized by ending the pain and suffering he was going through. They made certain that my other fur baby got the meds he needed to cure his very painful UTI.
They Give their care with heart. Helping the pet owners with the needed information about their babies. They are Family.
Absolutely disappointed in my first experience with them. I called the day before to ask about an anal expression and was told to come at 8 the following day. And to call when I get there. I show up and no one's there (closed). I wait around for 20 mins and people are walking in inside no one pays me any mind. A lady comes out to check mail and I ask her about what I was told. She goes and fetches another lady who comes out saying that they aren't doing those procedures and that I must have the wrong place they didn't accept... read more
BEST vet in the area we drive in from Harker Heights because they are AWESOME
All 3 of our pups had gotten into our personal medication that was not stored properly. They were in AWFUL shape. Crossroads accepted all three of them within 15 minutes of them closing their doors for the day and literally saved them. We were emotionally distraught and they were so calm and comforting and professional. They helped us and our babies in their time of need without blinking an eye and helped us with after care to a overnight hospital for our babies. The quality of care for both pet and owner is second to none. I felt supported and truly cared for during the process of putting my best friend down.
One of the best vets I’ve ever been to. Everyone is friendly and they actually care. They treat the animals as if it’s their own. One of our dogs is known as “the gum dog” and they have helped us every step of the way in what needed to be done. They also watched my 7 year old son do a magic show when we had to be there for a few hours while we waited for bloodwork and tests. We are so thankful we have these ladies and for everything they’ve done.
