The staff are so sweet and attentive to my bassett, Rudy. Scheduling and pricing is always reasonable! And I've never had to wait over 10 minutes. Dr. Ouverson checks him thoroughly and is willing to answer questions. They seem like they really do care! As a nurse, I know the importance of good bedside manner, and these folks make sure my baby feels loved!
The staff is amazing! They always take the time to stop and talk to my pets when I take them in. I am very pleased with the treatment our “babies” receive when we are there. Dr. Kimberlin and his staff are the ONLY Vet clinic we have used in the past multiple years. We are extremely loyal to Crossroads Vet because they are kind, caring and compassionate to our "family" members. They go above and beyond every time, whether it is a normal yearly exam, snake bite on the side of face and tongue, or the end of a long life. Thank you for all ya'll have done for our family.

I would definitely go back, and have referred others as well. He fixed my German shepherd who had a badly broken hind leg, when other vets recommended amputation or euthanasia. Everyone is shocked to learn that my dog has a metal rod in his leg with metal ties holding it to the bones. After months of recovery, he is able to run, jump, and play like a maniac again, without even really a limp, just like Dr. K said. So thankful that I was referred to Crossroads before making any other decisions about my sweet doggy. �
