My overall experience with Crossroads has been great ! You are treated well. Ladies at the desk are aways happy & professional. The waiting room is clean . Always smells good . Also they have a social worker on hand ,helps you find resources if needed. The doctors always treat you like a human being ,look at you eye to eye. Every one does at Crossroads! Last not least they offer narcan,if needed ! You can save a life!
Great experience with the facility and would definitely speak positive to other people in need of help with a problem they may be dealing with in their life. Facility, workers, and doctors are all professionals with whatever you're dealing with. I highly recommend them to people who may need the help.
The staff is always kind, polite, and helpful. The nurse practitioner Dan, Is awesome. The first visit that I had with him, he was very informative and thorough. I have a hard time, trusting, but this staff.’s Energy was so comforting, that it wasn’t hard! I’m so glad that I found crossroads and ended up coming to this location with these Clinicians! If you’re thinking about starting your journey, this is a great place to start, and for some of us to End.
I love crossroads in Sharon Hill, because they genuinely do care. They don’t judge you or treat you differently. The girls up at the front desk are nothing short of amazing. They’re super nice and friendly. They are beautiful people inside and out! The staff members and the Dr. Madeleine is the best doctor ever! She is super understanding, sweet, and never judges.They are all extremely nice supportive and caring. Very kind caring understanding also very efficient and fast they do their due diligence in every single person to make sure that they're okay. Im extremely grateful from all staff between the death receptionist the nurse the caseworkers and my particular physician in Sharon Hill I'm extremely grateful for all of them and Crossroads Emily they do their hardest to keep my life on track %my🪽'z
