Usually things go pretty well, but this last time the prescription didn’t get through to my pharmacy, which I didn’t know. The pharmacy tried contacting my provider but were unable to. I don’t know what your policy is, but I would think the prescription program should catch something like that and make it right at the moment it happens. Got it squared away and everything was fine. But very frustrating. Who needs extra stresses this time of year?
I have been going to crossroads off and on for years and I have never been overtalked or shunned for honesty, I work an honest program and have been in and out for years. I have to say now at the Manassas location I’m not fond of doctor but the receptionist and counselors are great one week I’m praised for a positive screen for a positive screen being thAt it wasn’t opioids next week they are talking about in patient and wouldn’t let me talk or even be heard from doctor was very dismissive and rude because I was being honest... read more
