This is the most unfair, ridiculous trailer repair service we have ever experienced. $15 filter cost over $1,187.11. The driver called service that was showing on Truck Repair app 58 miles away. The answering service said the shop was closed on Saturday and it was also 200 miles away, but they can send a mechanic to change a fuel filter in his trailer. NO ONE CONTACTED ANY OF THE MANAGERS OR OWNER OF OUR COMPANY FOR APPROVAL OR ESTIMATE. They never even informed my driver of their miles or the cost of the repair and they nev... read more
