I go there in the morning before work. I absolutely love it! the front desk people are always upbeat. I have never had an issue, with the equipment not working.

lots of great classes for all walks of life
Nice place to workout, everything is 'compartmentalized' (I don't use that word very often but, it's very true here) which makes it perfect to concentrate on working out and in case you have to - avoid the noise-makers. Not a fishbowl like a lot of gyms. Rhonda is awesome 🤪 !!!
The best health club in Helena by far!!! Awesome classes and easily the most free weights in the state.
