I typically don’t write reviews, but I can’t express how disappointed I am right now. I was referred to Crossroads Psychiatry from my PCP so I called to set up an appointment. They informed me that Dr. Roberts wasn’t accepting new patients until the end of January but we could go ahead and start the paperwork process so everything was ready to go which was completely fine with me. Every time they would send me an intake packet or paperwork I would fill it out within a day or two and would not hear back from them for 1-2 week... read more
i don't do reviews, but Dr. Roberts made me feel comfortable, i went into it being very nervous. i didn't feel judged, she educated me, helped me understand myself more. i've had so much trouble finding help with someone who actually cares and wants to help me. it was such a smooth process, and i'm glad i went through with it. they are very caring people, very attentive, supportive, and kind, i really appreciate it. thank you so much!
