Recently contacted Crossroads Plumbing for new faucet installations. Ken, the owner, was very helpful and scheduled the job. However, a couple of emergency jobs required mine to be reset. No problem; Fernando and Earnest came out and had them replaced quickly. Very pleased with service and pricing; highly recommend!
Their service is 5-star in competence, professionalism, customer service and satisfaction. Upon arrival, they were ready to work and they had a friendly ,respectful and positive demeanor. They listened attentively to our problems and got the job done, with a smile!
I experienced plumbing problems like many people during the extreme cold snap. Ken responded quickly and performed repairs very efficiently. I also thought he was reasonable. Ken and his helper went above and beyond for me and were both very professional. I will definitely use them again.
