Ken with Crossroads plumbing is professional & efficient! We recently had a gas leak and he did everything he could to get our hot water back on as quick as possible even though the job was big! He took into account my special needs children and made sure it was a priority to be inspected and turned on! Thank you Ken!
This company is one of the best companies you could ever hire. They are very honest and just genuinely kind. I couldn't recommend anyone more than them! The small or big issues, they will get them done and a an amazing cost. It was like having a dad and my uncles here. 10/10 get with them if you are having a plumbing issue. Also, make sure yall are checking your ac drip pans and all that good stuff. They saved me from needing a new ceiling so keep up with all that. 🤍
Recently contacted Crossroads Plumbing for new faucet installations. Ken, the owner, was very helpful and scheduled the job. However, a couple of emergency jobs required mine to be reset. No problem; Fernando and Earnest came out and had them replaced quickly. Very pleased with service and pricing; highly recommend!
Their service is 5-star in competence, professionalism, customer service and satisfaction. Upon arrival, they were ready to work and they had a friendly ,respectful and positive demeanor. They listened attentively to our problems and got the job done, with a smile!
