After my last visit I knew we wouldn’t be back. I’ve let a couple of things slide but I think this last visit really did it for me. I hate that the waiting room is tiny because you can barely have any distance from the very sick kids. When the Dr told his nursing student to put my son’s symptoms into chat got I was done with this place. I could have done that. That same day I found a knew pediatrician for my 3 kids. I have another on the way and prefer a Dr who isn’t going to rely on chat got to give me answers
Dr. Madrid is the best. I've known him for 17 years, since my daughter was a baby, and I still go there with my kids!
Brought my kid for a sick visit after her pediatrician couldn’t get her to start feeling better. Anyways Dr. Madrid was great he was patient, was answering all my questions, was not rushing to get out the room. The wait wasn’t long, I was able to get her in the same day. He gave her meds and now I can see she is doing so much better. I’m glad I decided to check him out cause now I made the decision on just changing her Dr and I hope I continue to like him. Thanks Dr. Madrid!
I am deeply disappointed with how this pediatric office handled the termination of care for my family. Despite my children having only visited a handful of times, I recently received a letter stating they would no longer provide care due to "complex or time-consuming needs." This decision came shortly after a recent change in custody arrangements, which made both parents Legal decision makers for our children’s care following a divorce.
