i never post stuff like this... but this cleaning visit was a nightmare as soon as the dentist walked in....it was my sons 1st time being seen here and his last. my child is now traumatized to be seen at a dentist. the staff and assistants were absolutely amazing!!! but Dr. Bigler, was very rough, and has zero patience for children.. the dentist went from polite to very mean, and forceful with my 6 year old. he asked my child to open is mouth and a second later he is trying to force it open and started getting angry.. my chi... read more
My daughter is traumatized after getting her mollar removed said dentist was being to rough hurting her and tied her up so she couldn’t move.. I know some pediatric dentist do that for kids that move allot and put their hands on the way.. my daughter never did any of those things with her old dentist but now that she’s been to this place she is scared to even try to go to a new one.. to the point where I had to look for a pediatric counselor to help with her anxiety attacks!!!
RecommendedMy two sons went to Dr. Bigler since they were toddlers. They NEVER didn't want to go or have the fear of going. Dr Bigler did miracles on my oldest son's teeth. I love it that he takes the time to meet with the parent after the appointment to discuss what he had seen.
The staff is wonderful & they provide EXCELLENT care. I would highly recommend 😊
Pricing compared to several others was extremely low, service is excellent. They really care about the kids and parents being comfortable with procedures and technics.
they are very professional and care for their patients and want them to have the most pleasant experience you can have at a dentist. my son is 4 years old has ADHD will not sit still and fights everything he has 4 cavatities and dr biglar worked very well with him. I highly recommend him and will be taking my 2 year old to him as well
