It Use to be CrossRoads Apartments on Penn. It was bought out by Concierge this last year. When i lived there the service was very good, if you had issues they fixed them immediately. I lost my job and had to leave there, The Outdoor pool is Great. Concierge came in and did some upgrades and then raised the rent $129.00 a month to make it $899.00 a month, $1 short of $ 900.00 a Month, Nice Marketing advertising. I would say it's a fair deal if your going to use the pool a lot durring the Summer.

I lived here for over a year and a half, the staff were very pleasent. Whenever I needed anything fixed it seemed that a mechanic was at the door before I could even hang up the phone. I lived in the pet building and it was fun getting to know my neighbors. They weren't nosy management. If they knew you by name you were probably doing something wrong! The only downside is there is no balcony, but that's pretty common around the cities. I recommend this place to people!

Living here for the past 11 months and didn't faced any problems so far, recently the monthly rent was increased (899) per month which is a bit costly but best for people working nearby. They are renovating the apartments so more new facilities are coming..
