Rude, unprofessional does not stand behind product, tells you one thing but does another, will never refer or do any business with the company, he down grades his own employees and talks negative to others about them, poor business manners and product. Hangs up phone instead of taking care of business. Once he gets your money he is done with you.

As I have said on Crossroads Website, these people are GODSENDS!! Rick, Kelly, Miranda, Carl and Ryan all make you feel like you are important and not just $$$ signs. They treat you with dignity and not make me feel Like an Idiot like other places here in and around Lafayette. They have more than once proved to me what Humanity and Compassion is about. If you go anywhere else, you are making a mistake.
