What kind of medical practice would refuse to refill a patients blood pressure and diabetes medication because of an small unpaid deductible balance? Then when the balance is paid further refuse to fill the patients blood pressure and diabetes medication because the provider wants them to come in for a check up? Knowing full well the patient is out of their medication. Guess if I die it's just not a big deal to the folks at Crossroads Medical Group. Thanks for nothing.

one time a grumpy person answered the Phone and I was also Grumpy too ! I get great Treatment from a Great staff and Ashley is the Bestest
Went here Wednesday after running a fever, sore throat, cold chills, body ache, etc. was hoping I would be able to get something to knock this quickly since I have a 5 month old daughter who relies on me to take care of her and all I got was some cough syrup and nose spray, kinda felt like that was a slap in the face since how I can get these items at any drug store/grocery store. I know people have good days and bad but Derrill and I both go here and have always had great experiences. The Drs and staff are very caring and helpful. My husband has several health issues so we have been there quite a bit. Recommend it often to my friends.
I love Veronica but I do not like the woman who was manning the phones today. She was condescending and would not let me speak. How can you be so rude to patients. We need more ppl like Ashley to man the desk and phones. Keep your attitudes at home. I can be soft or hard to deal with it's your choice how you come at me.
