I have been seeing Victoria since last year and I am so pleased with her. She is wonderful and truly cares for her patients, she takes her time with you and answers any concerns you have. I am so Thankful and Blessed having a Doctor like Victoria taking care of me.
It is virtually impossible to get a return phone call from your doctor's nurse. Put on hold forever with no reason why. Finally get through and told the nurse will call you and still nothing. I guess I have to go in to the office and just wait until I can see the nurse. Obviously the nurse called me for a reason about something important. This has been going on for a week.
Update: Great patient care usually but don't count on them for appointment times being accurate. The minimum wait over 3 years has been 30 minutes the most has been just over an hour. Today I was 4 minutes late because I got hung up by a train. the first the the NP says is..."you were late" so I got up to leave and the NP tells the nurse, "I guess he doesn't need any refills."
