I'm so bummed about my recent expierience here in August 2024. Bonni was sharp with me and kept cutting me off when answering her questions....apparently I was too wordy and annoying her, but I also felt dismissed. She did apologize that a colleague had just died. I told her staff that I was reluctant to come back and they showed no empathy or caring. I cannot say enough good things about this practice. The staff are friendly and know their stuff, and Bonnie is caring and methodical and VERY knowledgeable.
