Crossroads did a great job! Serge RN did good job in healing me
I want to thank my mother's OT Lauryn for being so kind, helpful. She is also informational, patient, and all around great, ever since her very first visit. We would love to have her back in the near future if needed. I would definitely recommend her as well to others in need of Occupational Therapy.
We were very happy with the care and information we received from the Crossroad team. Our Aunt was in hospice care for 4 months. They were a great help to our Aunt's full time care givers. A special thanks to Chaplain Morris and Kei and the nurses Donna, Linda and Sam. The social workers Ivy and Dianne were also very caring and helpful. I would highly recommend Crossroads.

Serge RN , was an amazing support for my mom and her memory care issues. If there was anything more than a five star, I would give it to Serge! He’s a godsend
