Crossroads hospice has a very slow response time and isn't very organized.
Serge RN, Jason PT, and Alger OT have all been very patient with me and treated me with compassion, dignity and respect throughout my journey with Crossroads. They make a very professional team and I'm appreciative of all their effort and encouragement towards me.
