Backstory: like many, my insurance deductible is ridiculous. Because of this, each time I go to a Dr., I ask in advance what the visit fee is. I ask to confirm the cost before making an appt or coming as a walk-in. I ask multiple times to ensure I’m not misunderstanding or being misunderstood in my questions. Nursing staff very rude Rogers pharmacy faxed over a refill on Friday May 31 and still waiting for my refill it's Monday June 3rd 12:30pm still waiting

I called BCBS to find an urgent care my insurance would help pay for. They said this was it. Only it’s not. They have themselves listed on some insurance data base as an urgent care but they are not. They told me I could only be seen if I changed my PCP to THEM. BCBS called them with me on the phone and they acted like they had no idea they were listed as an urgent care. Needless to say, I had to go elsewhere. BCBS is going to report them because they are NOT what they are claiming to be. So yeah. Sounds sketchy to me.

Well ,my son had a horrible cough that appeared out of no where. As soon as I got him out of school zoomed in there. They took him in, and I believe he was the last pt. Everyone was nice, and Dr was knowlegeable and attentive. Thank you to the receptionist who could've turned us away. Our experience was a good one. Thank you all.
