Note: Truck didn’t “need” service and was all fine; I just wanted it checked out. Service was booked over the internet as the 10K service. They performed oil change, all fluid checks, tire rotation, and function testing. Checked out and lubricated all wear joints. Service was completed in under an hour. All personnel were friendly & professional. I’ll be back at Crossroads Service for any service required on my truck.

More importantly the process was smooth - Adam helped us through everything and was not "pushy" whatsoever, which is refreshing when buying a new vehicle.
