Ive been a member of crossroads for a year & a half. I'm happy with the gym. The cleaning staff is awesome - they are always maintaining the gym & keeping it fresh, sanitized, & clean. I'm 34 & have 3 kids & I have never had a complaint about the childcare. The staff is awesome. My children love going to the gym. They cry on days that we don't! Do not sign up for this gym they say you can call and cancel. That is a lie you have to send a letter. They they keep charging you the membership fees. Then the maintenance fees. I had 3 memberships they are charging me over $250.00. Beware do not join! What a joke I asked them to reverse the fees they said. No there is nothing they can do. Worse customer service ever. I would give them 0 stars.
