Do not sign up for this gym they say you can call and cancel. That is a lie you have to send a letter. They they keep charging you the membership fees. Then the maintenance fees. I had 3 memberships they are charging me over $250.00. Beware do not join! What a joke I asked them to reverse the fees they said. No there is nothing they can do. Worse customer service ever. I would give them 0 stars.
Ive been a member of crossroads for a year & a half. I'm happy with the gym. The cleaning staff is awesome - they are always maintaining the gym & keeping it fresh, sanitized, & clean. I'm 34 & have 3 kids & I have never had a complaint about the childcare. The staff is awesome. My children love going to the gym. They cry on days that we don't!
