Really trust this dentist office. Always professional. Exceptional dental diagnosis and care.
Unprofessional!!! Wrote wrong spelling of name on prescription. Had to make multiple pharmacy and visits back in person to the office in order to get my prescription filled!! Absolutely unacceptable. If you can't spell then you don't need to be working in an office where that skill is required!!!
It was most disappointed experience in my life. I did a crown with D.D.S Chris Faulconer. He used an automatic machine to measure the contour of your teeth. Once it came out, it was as smooth as a mirror. It is also very short. It can not compare with my two other crowns that made by a different dentist I have many years ago. My tongue could touch a bit gap. His attitude was very bad. He said let me give you an education. I spent two much time to go there twice now I have to redo it. It is horrible! I've been a loyal patient for many years. My daughter followed me there and recently my brother. Dr. Dais has done all of our recent work. He is very professional and responsive plus the results of his expertise have been apparent to us all. The rest of the staff at Crossroads are also very helpful and competent. I highly recommend the staff and the facility

The staff and Dr. Underwood were excellent! I had been very nervous to get any dental work done (my previous dental experience was awful). Dr. Underwood was professional, gentle, and quick. I was so relieved after my fillings were completed. It was much quicker than I had anticipated and much less painful. The staff are very nice and helpful. When I brought my 7 year old daughter to get her first cleaning and check-up, the staff and Dr. Underwood were wonderful in engaging her and making her feel comfortable.
They claim to be more affordable but you get what you pay for. On my visit there, the dentist did not even see me. Isn't part of the dentist visit to see a dentist? They told me it was not necessary. Also, there is no customer service at all. Not once did someone even ask how I was doing, instead, they just sat me down, cleaned my teeth as fast as they could, while only speaking to each other about what parties they were going to after work. I have been going to Crossroads since they were at the mall, almost 10 years I guess. The staff have always been professional and efficient and Dr. Webb is stunningly honest not to mention uncommonly competent. Before finding this dentistry I was apprehensive having my teeth worked on because of past experiences elswhere. Dr. Webb is the best I have met at administering the pain medicine and knowing exactly how to help make procedures as pain-free as possible. I had poor dental care all of my life until I finally got dental insurance in 2004. Someone recommended Dr. Underwood to me and I am sure thankful that they did because he has been wonderful!!! After a bad experience as a child, I have always been very afraid of dental work...until now that is. Dr. Underwood did some major work on my teeth and was always very attentive to pain management.
