I can’t say enough about how much we love the folks at crossroads. Our two girls (seven and nine years old) like going there and my wife and I go there. They are very patient and they take the time to explain everything they are doing. They went out of their way to work things out with our insurance company to make sure we had the coverage we needed. The dentist is very good with kids!
Have updated equipment! One of the best cleaning I have ever had.They take my insurance (Humana Gold) ohe of the best around.
Excellent customer service and top notch communication. We have taken both of our sons, age 5 and 8 there. The staff was even able to tell me on the spot with a quick computer check if a procedure they recommended was covered by our insurance before proceeding. That instant peace of mind meant a lot. They made everything easy. The kids are not scared to go to the dentist :) Thank you Team Crossroads!
