Dr. Cassel is always friendly and very thorough. He listens to your concerns and does all he can to help. The trip to his new office if worth the drive.
Dr. Cassel is highly skilled and knowledgeable and displays patience and good communication skills. He genuinely cares about his patients and is very personable. He is very responsive and thorough in his explanations and examinations. I highly recommend him and trust him with the care of my eyes without reservation or hesitation.
Yesterday was my first visit to Crossroads Eye Physicians; I followed Dr. Cassel who has been my ophthalmologist for many years to his new office location. The front desk was friendly and welcoming. Dr. Cassel was professional and patient and I was very happy when I left.
I had my annual appointment earlier this year. I had been with this practice for over 20 years. I was never told Dr. Palick left the practice. The office also never told me they no longer accepted my vision insurance until I was checking out so I had to pay a lot more out of pocket. The final straw was when I was told by Crossroads that they would not confirm my prescription, which I sent to an online contacts retailer without paying an administrative fee! Ridiculous. I am searching for a new provider. So disappointing.
I am reviewing this place for my mom... Dr. Palik Where are you?! My mom called to make an appointment and looking for her usual Dr. and they said that he no longer works there. Why as his patient wasn't she notified that he had left the practice? So Mom makes her yearly appointment. Mom showed up to her appointment and to her surprise, the front desk staff say "you don't have an appointment today" she tells them that she was scheduled for her yearly.
