My mother sees Dr. Marc Honig as her regular ophthalmologist, and he was excellent performing cataract surgery on both of her eyes two weeks apart. The surgery coordinator was very accommodating, professional, and thorough in explaining the eye drop schedule and post-op instructions. The only downside was the older woman at the front desk, who was consistently rude, abrasive, and unfriendly. As the face of the office, a kinder and more welcoming attitude would make a big difference in the patient experience.
Dr. Cassel was very nice and polite. He was welcoming and was very detailed in his examination. He provided me with materials to read after my appointment to learn more about my diagnosis.
I can't say enough good things about Dr. Cassel and Rachael the optician at Crossroads!! Both extremely knowledgable and professional. Zero wait time and just pleasant from start to finish. I highly recommend making them your go to for eye care!!
Dr. Cassel is a wonderful eye doctor! Very knowledgeable, thorough and kind! The staff was friendly and check in was smooth and no wait time to see Dr. Cassel.
My complaint is the time you always need to wait to see the doctor, my husband and I we are experiencing the same problems, all the time the overbook patients, today I dropped my husband for his appointment at 10:30 am. It is 1:50 pm and I still waiting in my car for him. This will be the last time we are coming to this place . Terrible management and front desk , they have cero respect for patients time .
