Having a parent with dementia is an extremely difficult situation to navigate. Sandra was very kind and knowledgeable and helped me every step of the way. She reached out to the facilities that were appropriate and gave them the basic information so I didn't have to keep repeating it. She followed up even after I found a good place for my father to make sure I was doing ok and offer any further assistance. I would highly recommend this service to others in my situation.
Sandra is there which makes it a 5 star facility. I worked with her in Bloomfield Hills, and she is an excellent person to talk to if you are in need of elder care!
