I have been working with Kathie Higgins for the last three months. I do not know what I would have done without her and her guidance with placing my husband into the right place after my husband's diagnosis of 100% disability with Agent Orange. Kathy at Crossroads Eldercare helped me so much with finding an Assisted Living community for my husband. We worked through our finances and she came up with three options which were close to our house and within our budget. She followed me through every step of the way. We really need to spread the word on Crossroads as this is such an amazing organization! I am so grateful because I called Kathy during some of my worst moments and she was right with me encouraging me along this very sad journey.
Crossroads is a great organization. They were so helpful in finding an assistant living home for my dad. It made the whole process so much easier and less stressful. They are super friendly, knowledgeable and quick to respond. Very much appreciate their hard work.
