Came in a little after 9 Friday 6/22 sat over 15 minutes staff walked by us at least 20 times not we'll be right with you"nothing" you got that right we left. 1st and last time for me no service = no money from me.
Service was horrible because noone waited on us for 20 minutes. Then only to find out they weren't taking any more tables. Not one server would even look at us. We tried to get the attention of 2 servers. Website says late night food. We are from out of town and stopped @ 9 pm.

We went at 11, first customers. At 12:10 still no food. 2 tables after us got their food. Excuse: only 1 person in the kitchen. The wait staff was nice, but you could tell they where irritated. Another table came after us, 30 minutes later they left. We ended up walking out . Had an appointment in Erie we had to get to. I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS PLACE!
We have NEVER had a bad experience at The Crossroads!!!!! It absolutely saddens me to see a negative post about this beautiful restaurant... Wether it’s been, dinner with family, lunch with friends or casual drinks, we have never been disappointed!! The food is out of this world!! Portions are always large!! The entire staff is attentive and friendly!! The general manager Michelle is just fantastic and would do anything to make her customers happy!!
