The Crossroads used to be the nicest place my friends and I could go to in town for a meal, but the lunch my friend and I had there earlier today was abysmal. The best part was the attentive server. Got my order wrong entirely the first try and when the second came back it was undercooked yet charred. My friend only ate 1/4 of her burger because the outside was burnt black and the inside was still raw pink and red. Food quality’s gone down hill, probably not coming back.

We went there for lunch today and received excellent service. Our server, Jodie, was great. Very outgoing, personable, honest, helpful and funny. Our meals were very good. I loved the seafood chowder. It was excellent. Chunks of seafood, not tiny specks of clams. Got some to go even.

The seafood Mac was not good. We come here every year for a vacation and stop here every time. I have eaten it before and it was delicious but this visit it was bland, cheese was runny and it only had salad shrimp and chewy scallops. The previous visits it was flavorful, cheesy and had lots of different seafood that was properly cooked. What a disappointment.

Service was ok, server was nice. Really disappointed in our meals. Four of us had sides of sauteed mushrooms, all extremely salty and not eaten by us. Pork chop was dry and not flavorful. Ribs were good. Server offered us other sides but we were basically done with our meals as our server never came back to our table to ask us how are meals were. We have eaten here several times before and our meals were much better.
