Dr. Hardy's team is professional and friendly. Dr. Hardy takes excellent care with his patients, doing thorough exams and extremely detailed cleanings. He is patient and goes out of his way to explain the 'why' and 'how' for everything, from his xray interpretation to stages of his exam. He also does a great job speaking in layman's terms, translating clinical terminology and jargon for us non-dentists. I hate going to the dentist. I like pain. We are living in unique times. All three of these statements came together this week as I could no longer take the pain radiating from the top, left side of my mouth. I called Dr. Hardy and he juggled schedules to get me in to be seen within 24 hours. That's a lot to ask from an office that is without its own normal schedule as we deal with our current coronavirus. Hardy Dental went so far and above for this patient and I will always appreciate that.
Thank you to Dr. Hardy and his employees for seeing me to diagnose the pain I felt in several of my teeth. Everyone was so helpful by explaining what they found after the initial examination and the steps that would be taken to repair a broken tooth. My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Hardy for five years and appreciate the office professionalism and the education we have received with each visit.
My RDH did a thorough job of cleaning and polishing my teeth. She addressed by concerns professionally.
I was very satisfied with my service today. Thank you for the exercises with my TMJD and being understanding of me not having my insurance card!! Much appreciated.
Dr. Hardy and his staff do an excellent job of taking care of me and my dental health. I switched from a different provider about 18 months ago. The level of care and expertise is night and day from my old provider! Dr. Hardy is very thorough and patient, In addition, the entire office staff are polite, courteous, and friendly. I am so glad a friend recommended him to me!!!
