I recommend Crossroads all the time because I have personally benefited so much from my work with Becky over the past 3.5 years. Accelerated Resolution Therapy and my work with Becky with trauma has changed my life for the better 100%. I have never felt judged or looked down on for anything we have discussed. I am happier, healthier, and calmer because of our work together.

My life coach / counselor had helped me so much, I've grown a lot as a person. Also appreciate that I can talk openly about any Faith-related issues I'm experiencing and we can talk those out as well.

I have been going to this establishment since I was seven years old. As a college student, Crossroads is still there for me. Rebecca Mowers, (my counselor) is an honest, well-tempered individual who genuinely cares for each of her clients. “Becky” as she likes to be called, is always researching, and staying up to date with the newest forms of psychology.
