Great service! I was at the end of road trip with kids heading back home to Florida when I noticed car needed service ASAP. I called Crossroads Chevrolet and got a nice lady who was very kind to fit me in as soon as I pulled up. I was in & out within an hour. I think her name was Brie. She was great over the phone and in person. Thank you. Highly recommend this place. Good facilities and right off the highway.
I called to have an oil change, tire rotation, and fuel filter for my truck. They got me in that afternoon and had those, as well as a couple recalls, completed in under 2hrs. I waited nearly twice a long at another GM dealer in Beckley just to change the oil.
Salesperson was very friendly and knowledgeable. Took his time to show me features and answered all my questions. Would definitely recommend Crossroads Chevrolet.
