RecommendedI recently purchased a 2012 Audi A3 TDI at Crossroads, and had a good experience from start to finish and even a few months after the sale. I'm from out of town (Louisville), but the sales team (Paul, especially) worked to accomodate my request for an independent inspection and helped navigate complexities with my credit union. Their website is user friendly and up to date, their people answer the phone when you call, the showroom is immaculate, and most importantly, my car is a good one, sold by people who know diesels.
Got my yellow Beetle yesteeday. took a week because I'm from West Virginia and needed pre approved in my state but even over the phone Brandan was very patient and helpful working well with my banker also. so thankful for their patience as I drove them crazy for days pulling my purchase together! I'm so proud of my Bug ❤

I went in Saturday to buy a 2015 Ram 2500 with credit already approved to buy the truck. When I got there Saturday we could not get a payoff amount on my trade in. Brandon told me to call back Monday morning with pay off and when I called back Monday morning I was advised that they had sold the truck after I left Saturday. Definitely would not recommend doing business with them.

Great place to buy a car or truck.We bought a 2007 Ranger from Mike it's a great little truck.Had an issue with it and Mike and Larry in service took care of it right away.I recommend Crossroads Auto and Truck
USE EXTREME CAUTION WHEN SHOPPING FOR A VEHICLE HERE! Brake actually fell off of the car I purchased from Crossroads. Apparently installing brakes isn’t their expertise. The owner was very dismissive and not concerned. He stated he wish he knew how something like that happened and could not answer any questions about the process of checking vehicles that are put onto their lot.
