Had a great experience with everyone at Crossroads. I had to purchase a newer car, and was able to work with Andy and Joseph. Both were very helpful and got me into a car I could afford! The best part, they were really easy to work with, and it didn't take me all day! I am glad I found them in Casa Grande. They have cars, SUVs and trucks. Small but mighty!
We had a great experience at Crossroads. We had looked at multiple vehicles between different places and ultimately we went with purchasing from Crossroads. I felt well informed. We were given time to talk amongst ourselves without them hovering over like the big dealerships seem to do. Everyone was so helpful and never made me feel pressured or rushed to make a decision. Thank you to everyone at Crossroads!
I would not recommend getting a vehicle from Crossroads. Andy was so rude and not very helpful. I recommend going to Premier Auto was the best experience in purchasing a SUV...
Went here for my first vehicle came in with doubts of getting a car due to previous car dealerships telling me I need 2000 as a down payment and that my monthly payments would be 600$+ but crossroads proved me wrong and helped me out with a low downpayment and a awesome monthly deal! So blessed that these guys were here to help me and not scam me for money like these other places! 100/5 stars.
