THE REVIEWS ARE DEFINITELY A JOKE NOW THAT MY MOM IS FINALLY MOVING OUT. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND LIVING IN CROSSROADS. MY MOM HAVE WENT NOT ONE BUT TWO SUMMERS W/O A/C. SINCE 2018 THEY HAVE HAD FOUR DIFFERENT MANAGERS. MAINTENANCE IS TRASH. PARKING IS HORRIBLE. I COULD GO ON AND ON ABOUT THE COMPLEX. SAVE YOURSELF A TRIP BEFORE GOING HERE.
Do NOT come live here! These apartments are the worst inside and out. The office staff is rude, unprofessional, disrespectful, and constantly changing. They never answer the phone and are often closed with doors locked when they're supposed to be open. They can't keep the same people for their maintenance team probably because nobody wants to deal with all of the issues and people here. DONT RENT HERE. MY NEPHEWS RENT WAS NEVER THE SAME, they went up $500. A MONTH. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. DONT RENT. THEY KEEP DEPOSIT TOO FOR NOTHING

This has been the worst management experience I’ve ever had. It’s not just one individual it feels like everyone in management shares the same unprofessional and disrespectful attitude toward residents. They’re consistently rude, showing no regard whatsoever for the concerns or needs of the people living here. Dealing with them is beyond frustrating.
