This place needs to do better. I had my catalytic converter stolen TWICE, I thought it was just going to be a one-time moment until I had it stolen from today. I visited the office, lady said to file a police report which is understandable. I asked about the cameras they have placed around and the lady told me they don’t even have them working. They’re practically there for decoration. Extremely disappointed with how management changed, I’ve lived here for about 10 years.
Very nice apartments and the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.
If I could give it a 0/5 I absolutely would. This has been the worst apartment experience ever and I’ve lived in various places throughout the country. Staff are minimally communicative once you move in — they can even be downright dismissive. The first apartment I moved into had a roach infestation and issues with rats, so I was able to get transferred to another unit but it ended up being higher then the budget I expressed to them, which was disappointing considering the condition the apartment was actually in.
