do not rent here they have poor customer service... scheduled an appointment for a tour and no one was there. the lady in the office was so rude and zero customer service. makes me wonder if the owners of these apartments even know how the staff treats potential residents.. the other Lady with curly hair and professionally dressed was more customer friendly. which tells me the other lady who was dressed in a T-shirt and jeans was probably the manager cause she came out of the room running her mouth.. to the owners of these a... read more

This people won't fix anything! It's been over a week since I submitted a service request, these people won't take care of the tenants. You call the office and it goes straight to voicemail and of course, they won't return your calls.
I cant wait to move, tired of waiting over a week for maintenance to fix leaks, air filters, etc I bet when I move out they'll want to charge me for it but wont come fix it now. There are even some service requests that were important but they decided to cancel just because but Thats on them though. I'm not running them down to fix anything. Its all recorded in my resident portal.
