This apartment complex is terrible. A person has to report an issue several times before anything is addressed and they refuse to enforce pet policies such as leashing. The office staff are incredibly rude and incompetent. They have no idea how to adress issues properly, let alone professionally. I've had several conversations with Kristy and Britanny and each conversation has been unpleasant and unproductive. There is always trash everywhere. I've been living here for 4 years and will not be renewing my lease due to wanting a bigger and better Maintained complex. My experience wasn't horrible but they can definitely do so much better with the property. Renovated units are really just painted over, trash is constantly overflowing(especially by the mailbox), community events are super scarce, pet owners dont pick up after their pet anywhere and the quality of these apartments need to be checked. I’ve lived at Crossroads at Arlington for a year now and just renewed my lease! It’s been a great experience overall, and I’m excited for another year here. The new property manager, Lucy, has brought such a positive vibe and fresh energy to the community — you can really feel the difference. She’s friendly, attentive, and genuinely cares about the residents. I’m happy to call this place home!
