I absolutely hate everything about these apartments to the management to the people that live at the apartments to maintenance absolutely everything! The managers change feels like every 3 months which speaks volume. Neighbors will complain on you when they absolutely do the exact same thing. This apartment complex is terrible. A person has to report an issue several times before anything is addressed and they refuse to enforce pet policies such as leashing. The office staff are incredibly rude and incompetent. They have no idea how to adress issues properly, let alone professionally. I've had several conversations with Kristy and Britanny and each conversation has been unpleasant and unproductive. There is always trash everywhere.
