It is a fair place to live. No credit check. Office and maintenance is quick to respond to problems. Complete move-in is immediate with water, electricity, basic cable, TV, microwave, small fridge and bed with minimum linen. towel and shower curtain provided. A few drawbacks are buildings are old with thin walls (noisey neighbors can be annoying). one water heater per building. Pet owners with UN-leashed dogs. a plus is police actively patrol this complex.
