I can't give Mark Skapinetz a good rating because after he completed the appraisal, he would not respond to my numerous attempts (via phone, text, and 3 scheduled phone calls) to reach him to ask a question about it.

These guys are, professional and first class. I only had the pleasure of working with Will and Kevin and immediately liked the both of them. Five Stars is easy when all goes as planned but when there is a disagreement on the value of a property as there was on mine it is a little bit different.
