I wanted to give a shout out to this vet clinic and the team! I’ve been going to Dr Allie for years now. We moved and drive an hour each way just to go to her and the team. I genuinely have never trusted a vet more, and she goes above and beyond every single time. I would drive even further to guarantee my dog gets the care he does at Crossroads. Second visit so far! We just adopted a dog in November, and brought him to this clinic to get him routinely in the system. I chose this vet based on reviews and appointment availability. They discovered he had heartworm and has begun his treatment. Even though he keeps getting poked and prodded, he still seems to love them, which means they must be treating him well, despite the blood drawing. I can’t say enough great things about Crossroads Animal Hospital in Windsor, CO! From the moment I brought my new Rottweiler puppy, Kyro, in for his first visit, the team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and patient, answering all of my questions with great detail and care. Please use any other location, and if you could take one thing away from this review, take your animal to any other place. They will SCAM you for your money and try and perform unnecessary work on your animal just to get more money. They wanted to cut open my 1 year old cat for something they could have done simply without having surgery. I left and saved my cats life plus $1000. Please protect your animal and wallet and go anywhere else!!
We absolutely love Crossroads Animal Hospital! Everyone has made us feel so welcome and cared for. Clean and calm rooms add to their friendly atmosphere. We appreciate their knowledge and genuine concern. Love the ease of being able to text with questions or concerns. They do a wonderful job at following up after appointments. Wouldn’t want anyone else caring for our sweet pup.
