I took our 12 week old puppy in to pick up some Nexgard for fleas, and while there he ate something off their floor in the waiting room. My wife, who took him down this visit, didn't see exactly what it was but had mentioned it to the people up front that were to busy waiting on customers to pay attention to what she was saying. The next day, I had to take our puppy back down there because whatever he had eaten had not passed yet, and needed to be took in for a check up and xray to be sure it wouldn't hurt him. We've been taking our pets to CrossRoads for 30 years. The new Veterinarian Dr. Lanier is very knowledgeable, friendly and caring as well as the staff. We trust them completely.

i take all my dogs here even after i moved to shelby. great place to take your animals. they are very patient and very good with animals. clean place, great prices.

I brought my poodle to this veterinarian at the recommendation of a friend. She was having her teeth cleaned. I was so very pleased with the entire experience. The office is clean and odor free, and the staff is very pleasant and helpful. In addition, I had called several places to find out how much it would cost to have her teeth done and this office's prices were dramatically lower than any other place I called. I am giving this place 5 STARS.
