I paid $150 for them not to follow orders to feed my dog during his overnight stay after recovering from GI surgery. The vet ordered to feed my dog soft food and to be observed postoperatively for complications overnight.
I am forever grateful for everything this vet has done for my family. In both instances that I’ve had to come here, years between each other, I was never let down. This most recent was for euthanasia & cremation, but we had a hiccup and Crossroads did something that I couldn’t have done as a pet owner. I will never forget their kindness, their sympathy card & their efforts. They did the hard things so I didn’t have to. Thank you Crossroads Staff.
A family pet had his throat cut and we took him in the crossroads. They spent 3 hours with him. Got him all patched up and were very nice and very polite
I cannot thank Dr. McDaniel and the entire emergency staff enough for the care they gave my cat Tito during one of the scariest experiences I've ever had.
