RecommendedI would like to thank the loving staff at Crossroads for saving the life of my sweet pup. I was a horrible dog Momma and hadn't gotten my baby fixed and it almost cost her her life. I am so grateful to Crossroads for everything they have done to save my Stella!!
I took my Maltese Kelly there because of a cough. We saw another vet that day and Kelly had X-rays done and come to find out she has an enlarged heart. On our follow up appointment we saw Dr. Rivera and she was wonderful. They were short staffed and I waited for quite awhile and I believe there was an emergency that needed to be seen. Dr. Tovrea and her staff genuinely care about the fur babies that come into their care. The clinic is clean and the staff knowledgeable. I have never felt like I was being rushed in and out. Dr. Tovrea always takes the time needed to be sure I understand what is being done and what all the options are.
They were wonderful with our female when we had her spayed. Called and checked on her afterwards. They also did the wellness checkup care on our two sheltie puppies! We have only good things to say about them. We love them!!
This staff/team was amazing with us. To keep it short, our Shih Tzu has Pyometra, a horrible infection that requires her to be spayed, but could have cost her life! I did the emergency vet thing, so expensive, then tried PAWS, they couldn’t do it. This veterinarian practice was our life saver, literally! We love them and they are the only vet I will take any of my fur babies to from here on! Highly recommend these wonderful people!
Dr Tovrea takes care of all of our family cats. She and her staff did everything they could to try to save our cat, Opie -for that we will be forever grateful. We would never go to any other veterinarian and recommend her to everyone.
