My husband took my daughter to their clinic today. After he waited 30 minutes to hear from them in the car he watched a lady get out of her car walk in get a receipt and walk out. He figured if he put a mask on he could go find out how much longer. He walked opened the door and they immediately started yelling at him he couldn't be in there. I have been taking my dog here since he was a puppy. Today I was waiting in my car for him and watched a lady walk in with an empty cage and back out with a receipt. So I put my mask on thinking I could go pay and check how much longer it was going to be. I was told to go back to my car. I then had the Dr. come out and yell at me for mistreating her nurses.
I will never go anywhere else. After going to another vet clinic who charged me unnecessarily for a surgery and then said my pet was gonna die anyway, I found Crossroad Animal Clinic, they said the other vet had done xrays wrong and he wasn’t going to die. They spent every week giving Fred shots and medicine all for very very cheap. My rabbit Fred was first ever to have a botfly that they had not seen except in vet school, which is typical my luck. They were extremely accommodating and squeezed my baby hedgehog in for a last minute urgent appointment, amazing communication while I was waiting in the parking lot, just overall a good experience. Highly recommend them.
The staff is so friendly, patient and knowledgeable. Even the visioucs chihuahua likes them. And the prices are pretty good too.
The staff was instantly loving, supportive and so helpful with all my questions. I highly recommend them for services that make you and your pup feel like you matter! Our new little girl, Miley Rose loves the staff already. Thanks to everyone!
