I Bought an 09 accord here. They were very nice to me. They were honest and I love my car. I would shop here again. It’s a wholesale to the public type place. It’s not a clean detailed car but I saved thousands and the car did clean up awesome. I’m a Very happy customer.

Assured me that the Ford Fiesta I purchased had NO ELECTRICAL ISSUES after I specifically asked... got the car a month ago and have already had to replace electrical parts that are out of commission! $1000 in fixes for things I was promised didn’t need fixed! Every time I called to complain they said “sounds like it’s almost drivable” yeah it sure isn’t drivable.. they offered no help after lying to my face. Chris, I don't know who you spoke with, but the owners have never spoke with you about anything. We would NEVER say "assure" anything on a used vehicle. That is why we sell everything AS IS. Why you would slander our dealership without talking to one of the owners I'll never understand. It is unfortunate you had a problem. Remember, this is a used car with multiple different working parts. We cannot predict the future of ANY car.
I've purchased 2 vehicles from here so far- a 2003 Chevy Tracker and a 2002 Volkswagen Passat. Both have been phenomenal vehichles for the price and the staff at this dealership are all super helpful and friendly! I would highly recommend this dealership for anybody looking to buy a cheaper (yet still nice) used car!

Easy to deal with. Quick. A nice mix of good running vehicles and mechanic specials. Reasonable fees. (About $100 total+ vehicle price + tax.).

As a family have bought 3 vehicles and about to be a fourth. After suffering a stroke I have to go where I feel safe for my wife to get a vehicle will definitely buy again
I would highly recommend Crossroad car connection. We went to the Crossroads East location. Nate was a super nice and customer focused friendly person . He helped my son with his purchase and,went above and beyond in answering questions even after we got home. We will definitely be watching for more nice cars.😊😊😊
