RecommendedMy fiance and I are moving to El Paso from Hawai'i, and are super excited to finally move into Crosspointe Apartments. Nancy has been a huge help, and her customer service is spot on. We are looking forward to living in a place that feels like home away from home. Thank you Nancy for the help as we take this big step into our new lives!
CrossPoint needs to follow the recommendation of the Texas Apartment Association, the city of El Paso, and those of Federal and State governments that they work with tenants struggling due to covid-19. They should in good conscience stop charging daily fees for late payment. Tenants want to pay rent and are trying to pay but with daily late charges it makes it impossible.
Great apartments lived there half a year and never had a problem very clean apt and it’s at a perfect distance from everything neighbors are very nice too never had problems with any neighbor and I would like to live here again

Terrible customer service staff said the manager is on her time not ours. They would not give us corporate number but they could forward our information but don’t expect a call back. Once your not a tenant your not important. After last management left complex went down hill. We went in hoping to have an understanding conversation and got nothing accomplished with Krissina. They lied about “damaged items”. I will never refer this place to anyone.
The best and most obvious characteristic visible at CrossPointe Apartments is how every resident lives in comfort. The love,support,and understanding that goes on between the tenants and staff is so wonderful. This important aspect allows everyone to have both comfort and a sense of good security amongst each other.
I spent 3 years at Crosspointe and it was the best experience ever. I’m grateful to have spent those years there.
I can’t wait to move in , in a few weeks ....the wonderful ladies in the office have been so helpful and made the process so easy and what we needed and dates all fit into our needs ... it is so nice to deal with the ladies who have true professionalisms and amazing customer service. This experience has been a true blessing!!! Thank you for being so helpful!!! ❤️ Kristine and Nancy thank you so much you ladies are a breath of fresh air!!!
