good manager makes this a good place to live Dee Dee the current manager of Crosspointe apartments is a great manager. Every tenant I have talked with has been pleasantly surprised by her. She gets to work early and leaves late. She is sincere and honest as well as knowledge about housing programs and situations. WHAT managers? Been here several years now and the place has gone downhill. There is NO management on site at ANY time, and the same for anyone doing site upkeep. A number of the tenants are extremely loud talking at all hours along with what appears to be drug dealing all night, with loud cars going through the driveway with extremely loud "music". At least one tenant has a serious problem with anyone disabled, and they do everything they can to harass anyone disabled. Management knows about it and pointedly ignores the pro... read more
Very unhappy with new owners. I've lived here 5 years, but I Just got my rent raised 27% with only the shortest legal warning allowed. Got the notice on Halloween and the new rent goes into effect just in time for Christmas. Happy holidays, choose somewhere else that's better and cheaper closeby, it's not hard!
Don't live here Worst place ever to live.used condoms,use drug needles,drunks hanging around all the time,homeless people sleeping on the steps,someone who lives in Cross point Apts sells weed out of his Apt.Been drive by shootings over the years.Do not live there.trust me on this.
