We brought our 8 month old puppy to Crosspoint for his first vet experience this morning and it was WONDERFUL! Such a sweet staff and they do a great job!

This office is truly AMAZING. They took us in as new patients & treated us as if we had been patients forever. Our dog, unfortunately was very sick. I have never met people so kind, personal, happy & knowledgeable. Dr. McHughes & her staff made one of THE worst times in our family as comfortable as they possibly could & then some. Without all of them, it would have been a disaster. Thank you all so much for EVERYTHING you did. I will never forget your kindness!!
Dr. McHughes and her staff cared for my Elanore () with compassion and treated her as one of their own. I contacted the office in a panic and they fit me in immediately, even though Elanore was a new patient to them. Dr. McHughes is by far the most caring and compassionate vet that I have ever dealt with. My 13 year old bulldog started having seizures a month ago, and even though we were not a patient of Crosspoint, Dr McHughes saw us on short notice. She was always honest and upfront with us about our options, and have her recommendations. Dr. McHughes made it possible for us to spend an additional month with our Laddie. Dr. McHughes is a wonderful and caring doctor. She took my dog in last minute because she was having seizures when my vet of 12 yrs wouldn't see her till the next day. I can't express how thankful I am for her. I will definitely recommend her to everyone.
