I can't say enough great things about Dr. McHughes & the staff at Crosspoint! They genuinely care & take such good care of my sweet Bella! I am so thankful to have a vet we can trust 100% & know that Bella's always in great hands!
i was so nervous to bring my dog anywhere to get spayed but i am so happy we found crosspoint and Dr. Mchughes. All of the staff at crosspoint has been so sweet and caring. They took great care of my westie lola.
They took really great care of our "Sissy" following her spaying & microchipping surgery. They kept me informed on her status throughout the day and gave thorough aftercare instructions upon discharge. I love & trust Crosspoint. I would recommend it to any pet owner.
Had been looking to find a new vet & so glad I chose them! I have 5 dogs ages varying 2-10 and look forward working with Dr McHughes on maintaining their good health. I also like how the waiting area is set up.
Communication about pet health & compassion in plan of treatment compounded the positive experience my daughter and I experienced during an emotional trip to the vet for one of our two dogs when she was very ill this week. That was our dogs first visit there, I called for a last minute appointment and got seen within 20 minutes. Did NOT charge me an emergency visit fee! Couldn't have been more kind and helpful. We will be back!
