From the initial phone call with Reet, to arriving and working with Steve in the office and Justin, the technician, everything went smoothly and faster than what they initially thought. The operators were very nice, Called in Sat 10:54pm for 24/7 Emergency Service, reefer loaded and not working. Jacob was 10 minutes away at the time of calling, it is now Sun 2:15am and Jacob was a no show and operators is very apologetic, no issue against them, but the on call guy tonight was a no show. Update: Jacob showed up, solid guy. Receptionist messed up the messege and ETA
